Music and entertainment has always been apart of Lewis's
life. He
began singing in the church choir as a young child and later
trained
in various forms of music, including classical music. He
started in
the music industry as a dancer and choreographer. He
performed
on Soul Train for a number of years and worked as a dance
instructor at Sammy Davis Jr. Performing Arts School. He
was a
winner on Los Angeles radio station Power 106’s Soul Call
singing
competition. He has also worked with Models & Dance
Groups and
choreographed for recording artist ISSYS and other rising
groups
and solo artists.
Lewis's singing has captivated audiences all over California.
He
sang the National Anthem at a celebrity basketball
tournament, the
Watts Summer Festival, the Los Angeles Black Expo, the USC
Apollo West and a celebrity Toast & Roast. He has made
appearances on 106th and Park, Making the Band, Sunday
Best,
Rip the Runway (as a model) and Jennifer Lopez video “I’m
Real”
(o/g version). He headlined several talent shows in Las
Vegas and
Palm Springs and a host of other locations up and down the
coast.
He has won numerous talent showcases. He is truly gifted,
but
very humble about his talents.
Lewis is currently working with Blackbuttifli Modeling
Company as
the Choreographer/Model/Assistant Model Instructor. He is
also
currently writing new material to record. Lewis has several
